Florist question

Flowers is one of my last "big" checks to get done. I've met with one person already but would like to meet with maybe one or two others.  My question for those who have booked or are also in the process of looking, did the florists you met with incoprorate a mock-up into the proposal or offer to do one for you? If so, when are they going to do it for you?  Thanks in advance for any insight!

    Carl Alan will do a mock up when you go in to meet, no charge. This was one of the reasons we booked with them.

    Ditto Jellybean.  The other florists that I looked at also included a mockup in their proposal, but wouldn't do the mockup until 1-2 months before the wedding, I think.

    One florist said they would do a mockup of our centerpieces after we gave her a deposit. Another said they would do one but will charge me half price for it. We are going with Stein Florist in NE Philly. He is doing a mockup with different versions and if we like it then he wants a twenty percent deposit. Dennis is great to work with and considerate of our budget plus he was less expensive than the other florists that we looked at.

    I am using Table Art. They are doing a mock up about a moth before the wedding-since most of the flowers I want aren't even in season yet. They are also handling our linens and table accessories, so we are going with her to the rental place to do play with the linens and do a table-scape mock up too (we are doing this about 3-4 months before wedding). Both are included.
