Good Morning everyone! How was everyone's V-days with their FI/DH? 

We decided to forgo Valentine's Day on the actual day, so we are going out tonight. We're going to the same restaurant that we went to on our first V-day, 6 years ago. We figured we're celebrating our last V-day as single people. :) I"m excited!

I wasn't online much yesterday, had a rough day at work. I had a fantastic weekend in Pittsbugh with a lot of checks. I"ll post separately!

    Good mornIng! FI bought me some beautiful red roses yesterday! We celebrated Valentine's on Sat night so last night was the usual. Tuned into the Bachelor and was so happy to see Michelle leave! I also addressesed most of my save the dates! My photog finished up our engagement book layout as well. And finally I've made an appt with a florist for my next trip to Pgh. I'm meeting with Michael at Blooms- anyone had an experience with them? I plan to see a couple others as well just have to figure out the who! Have a good day everyone! Jl- hope you enjoy your last Vday dinner as a "single" lady!

    Normally I hate Valentines Day, but FI brought me roses at school (I am a teacher), and my students all got to meet him (pretty cute). We went out to dinner Saturday to celebrate, so last night was pretty tame.

    Jenice:I recently booked Michael as the florist for my wedding in July. He was a little pricier than the other florists I met with, but he came highly recommended, his work was absolutely beautiful, and I really liked him and the other people at his shop.

    Morning ladies.  We had a low key night last night, just ate some dinner and hung out.  I couldn't get rid of my headache so I skipped class.  I did get some of our music picked out, which is good because I have my final meeting with the DJ tomorrow.  I've been putting this off for so long, for some reason, it's just something I have no desire to deal with.

    FI's not home again tonight, but I have to go to class and then I'll come home and watch the Biggest Loser, so no big deal.

    Good morning ladies. I use to post a few months ago, and then I slacked off a bit, and now i am in full wedding planning mode, so here I am again.

    We decided to forgo valentines day in general this year, we just bough each other some candy and a card, nothing too special. I had class last night and my FI worked, so its not like we could have made any plans anyways.

    Ash- you are sooo close!

    morning!

    FI left yesterday afternoon, and I had to go into work for part of that, so he stopped by work to day goodbye.  when I got home, all my laundry was done, and there was a red rose on my bed and a chocolate cake in my fridge - it was a nice surprise and made FI leaving a little easier.  Today is just lots of work, boo.

    Morning!

    Nothing too exciting last night. I had class so no v-day celebration for us :( Although FI did have flowers, a card and a candle lit on our bed when I came home!! It was super sweet! We're going out this Saturday for our v-day dinner - now I just have to figure out where!

    Tonight we are going to KOP b/c I have a potential RD dress on hold at Bloomingdales (btw, my Jcrew dress that I bought was an epic fail - WAY too big and the alterations would be $200 which is more than the dress was - so it needs to be returned ASAP) so we're going to grab dinner there and I need to browse the dresses at Bloomies and Neiman - I'm DETERMINED to find a RD and shower dress!

    J - enjoy your v-day dinner tonight!! It's so strange that this is our last 'single' v-day!

    jenice - OMG I was THRILLED to see Michelle leave... she's creepy!

    abbys - so sweet of your FI!! :)

    ash - glad you didn't have to go to class last night - even if you had a headache! I had a presentation or else I totally would have skipped too! GL with your DJ meeting!

    Good Morning! DF and I made a nice dinner last night (shrimp with angel hair and alfredo sauce - yummo!) which we ate by candel light. Other than that though, I worked out, and then we watched an episode of Lie to Me (our new fave!) and went to bed early.

    ash - glad to hear your getting your music picking done!
    md - what a wonderful surprise from FI! He seems to do sweet things for you often :)

    Hi Everyone! Just popping in to say hello. OMG you guys are all getting so close! I can't wait to see pictures!



    I'm not a huge fan of Valentine's Day, but DH and I went out to Mallorca and then to a party/fundraiser that my boss hosts every year to raise money for underinsured women. It was a lot of fun and the fundraiser was a huge success.

    I think it was our 2nd Valentine's day that DH bought me a dozen beautiful roses and they literally DIED the next day! I told him never to buy roses on V-day again, but he can always still buy me chocolate, which he did!

    db - how sweet! I love nice dinners at home! Yes! I do have a picture - this is the one I have on hold, but I'm going to search the stores as well to see what I can find


    It looks SO much prettier in person! lol

    Ros - Great to 'see' you! I'm glad you had a nice dinner with DH!! I hear you about the flowers but it's always so nice to get them ;)

    GM! FI and I had opposite work schedules yesterday, so we just exchanged cards and we already "celebrated" Valentine's Day with dinner last Saturday. Today, I'm off but I'm spending the day studying for my boards which are TOMORROW! And FI is sick, so he's coming home from work early.

    In WR news, I think I found my dress but I haven't got the pictures from my mom yet so I can't post anything! It's driving me nuts!
