I'm suddenly feeling overwhelmed and lost when thinking about music. Originally, we weren't going to have any ceremony music (getting married outside, next to a river, just going with the sounds of nature) and there won't really be any dancing at the reception (aside from our first dance, father/daughter, mother/son) and just filler music during the reception. FI and I have narrowed down a list of songs for us, he's working on selections with his mother, and I'm working on a list with my dad...my stressed-ness is coming from the ceremony.
So we're kinda leaning towards the possibility of a harpist (has a list of selections) or our DJ also doing the ceremony. If our DJ does the ceremony, I need to decide on music. I'm completely lost at where to begin and how long songs need to be or if he can fade them, what goes good together, etc. I really like "Turning Page" by Sleeping at Last (Breaking Dawn...found it on the forum) but am not sure what to play for bridal party and family entrances.
Am I freaking out prematurely?? Am I making it more complicated than it needs to be? Help!
