Confused about program!?

Okay does anyone know if there is a difference between: Delcaration of Marriage and presentation of Mr and Mrs.... ? If so what is a declaration of Marriage? I am trying to write my program and I have been looking at a few samples and I am horribly confused about these wordings and where to go after we have exchanged vows. Anyone offer any advice?

For ours, the "Declaration of Marriage" is the "What God hath brought together, let no man put asunder....By the power vested in me...I now prounouce you...You may kiss the bride," and the "Introduction of the Couple" is "I present to you Mr & Mrs..." right after that before the recessional begins. There's a program outline on my bio under Ceremony. GL!!
