Hey ladies!
I have been reading a lot about different work out videos throughout the posts that the Jillian Michaels are good workout videos with great results. The only thing is that I have asthma and some workout videos are super intense. I've had asthma all my life and know how to control it but I know if a video is too intense I'm not going to want to put myself through that everyday. So I am wondering just how intense this video is before I buy it or what other work out videos you would compare it to!
