Day of Wedding To Do List

Does anyone have one of these or a list of jobs to assign certain people? If so i would love to see a sample. I have a million of lists but nothing to remember what needs to be done the day of?

    I just made an excel spreadsheet of the timeline. I put all the times, locations, and tasks that people would do. Its a little freelance, yes, but worked out. I have heard that one way to do it is make a list and highlight each part that pertains to each guest. Handing it out individually seemed really time consuming, so I just assumed that my guests are not stupid and can figure out what part of the list was for them. Hope this helps.

    We are doing ALLOT of the wedding ourselves so I have a long list. I've made one long list. It has a corresponding timeline, the name of the person doing that task and their phone number. I've given everyone TWO copies. So everyone knows what is going on, where everyone is and what we're doing. AND if someone loses theirs, they can get an extra one from someone else. I agree with you guys,  Mothers of the bride/groom should have to do as little as possible and I've worked hard to make that possible! :)
