David's Bridal on Sawmill Rd (VENT)

I AM SO LIVID!!!
I recently paid for my dress in full and brought it home only to realize that the beadwork was STILL messed up. The consultant I was working with promised me that it would be fixed when I came to pick it up after I paid it off.
So, obviously I was too excited to pay attention to it. I got it home and looked it over and realized that NOTHING on the dress had been fixed at all. I called, took it ALL the way back through 5:00pm rush hour on 270. They told me it would be done the 13th... today. I called and asked if it was done, told yes, went to pick it up. She lady offered to show it to me, so obviously I did. I looked over all the beading and STILL found things that were wrong with it!
Correct me if I am wrong, but it's a WEDDING GOWN!
So, they re-did the beading AGAIN while I watied and it is UNEVEN! No one will notice it, but still. I did and that's the point.
Maybe I am having an OCD moment.
The people are RUDE. I have NOT had a good experience any time EXCEPT the first time when I bought the dress.
That's all. I am not going to leave anymore bitchy talk on here.
But, I will say, avoid David's Bridal AT ALL COSTS!

First off your dress is beautiful on you and second off i am sorry you had that experience. I have heard things about how they don't care bc there are so many brides that use them, one mad one is not a big deal. Which is ridic

I am sorry and i hope it works out for the best

    Thanks girl!
I b*tched out a manager and got a coupon for BM dresses. Although, I don't want to go back there. I have a consult with the manager who will now be handling my account and all future purchases.
That doesn't fix anything, though. I am calling corporate to bitch out corporate too.

Oh you poor thing, that is never fun. You're gown is beautiful, but I agree with you about David's Bridal. I am so glad I did not get my gown there and didn't like it so much I didn't even want to get my BM dresses there. Good luck with the rest of your experience. Hope it gets better.

If I didn't lose $50 + of my dress, I would take it back for a full refund and go buy everything elsewhere.
But, I LOVE LOVE LOVE my dress, and I don't want anything else. However, I obviously am not happy about going back to D'sB for my BMs.
Where did you all go to get dresses for your girls?

Trumpington Bridal House, Westerville, OH. But it is such a good thing you have the dress you love!

Wow, what a frustrating story!  I also had a bad experience with them but at least you look gorgeous in that dress!

I'm so sorry you had that experience. You should be proud of you for sticking to your guns and making them correct it. I got my dress at David's Bridal too even though I've hated every interaction I've had with them there. But it was the dress I fell in love with so I understand

Sorry it went that way for you- my DIL got her dress there and I purchased my MOG dress from them.  We both had our alterations done there with zero problems.  Considering how many brides they deal with the number of complaints don't seem that big- I'm just sorry it happened to you.
