Derby Horseshoe lucky saying for favor

We are planning on handing out authentic horseshoes as one of our favors at our wedding. I found a 'lucky horseshoe saying' at one point, but cannot seem to find it anymore. Does anyone have suggestions as to what the card/sign should say within the wooden box of horseshoes so that our guests know to take them and what their meaning is?Thank you!

Even if you let your guets know to take them, odds are that hte majority are going to be left behind. I'd see if you can find a company that makes chocolate horseshoes to hand out.

I agree with PP, I can see a big pile of horseshoes left at the end of the night. Go with something edible in the shape of a horseshoe.
