Anyone eelse having the problem of having one thing left to book and just can't get it checked off. I have talked to almost 10 different DJ's/bands and every single one I have talked to is unavailable. There is not to many in the area to begin with so I am not sure what to do. Anyone else having this problem?

    Unfortuanately I thought I had the same thing checked. The best man is in a band and said they would play. We've been talking about signing a contract and working out terms, but the singers of the band decided to get married the day after us. So now we are stuck with no band/dj, and have to reaalocate money in the budget to find one, since we were getting ours at a discount. It's just so stressful and not something I even thought we were going to have to look at.

    I am totally stuck for band/dj too. I have contacted soo many and so far I have only gotten no from all of them... Not quite sure what to do except keep looking for other opportunities. I have started asking even distant friends (like my hairdresser and guitar instructor) if they know people so hoping sooner or later someone will come along who says "I have the perfect guy for you"... Fingers xed for that!

    So far it was the same with me and the DJ. But thats becuase I left FI to book a DJ and like anything else, if I want somethng done (NOW) I should do it myself.

    We finally have made 2 appointments this week. I'm hoping to finally check this item off by the end of the week.

    I contacted another this morning and he said he has one pending and is suppose to have the contract back by the end of the week and if he doesnt he will let me know, fingers crossed this one works out.I never thought this was going to be my biggest struggle.

    We're kind of stuck on our band too.  We thought we had it booked but haven't heard from them to do a contract or anything.  I keep asking my FI to contact them to make sure we're still on but he feels we should wait until after Jan 1st.   He's sooo laid back.  I'm to the point where if we don't hear something soon I'm ready to go find someone else.

    I had the hardest time finding a hair stylist that would travel to us. There were a few local, recomended hair stylist that I checked out and they were all booked. I then went off of the recomendations of friends, those two were also booked.

    I finally found and booked someone, but it was the hardest thing to get checked off so far!
