Newbie Planning a Wedding in only 3 Months!

Hello everyone! Yes, you read right. Matt proposed on March 10th of this year and due to the fact that his job will probably be moving him to HAWAII in July, we decided to get married ASAP. I am a full time student (accouting major WHOO!!) and he works sixty hours a week. On top of all that, we are in a LDR with me in Alabama and him in Georgia. This has not been easy! Invites are out and there are still 400 million things to do.

Wish me luck and bear with me if I ask a lot of questions...

    Hi and welcome! That's exciting and kind of scary. I have some friends who are doing that right now. They were engaged in Febraury and are getting married in May. It's crazy, but you can do it!

    Hi and welcome! That sounds very exciting and stressful... good luck!  When in July are you getting married? I am getting married on the 17th... soo close!! Where wil the wedding take plaace? Hawaii,, that sounds exciting... what does he do and can they hire me? lol. Where in Hawaii will you be living? Is it a permanent thing or just for a couple months? Either way... so jealous! Let us know if you need any help! Congrats!

    Actually, we are getting married June 26th in Alabama at Mt. Springs Gardens and Ballroom. Lol he works for the Dept. of Defense under contract, so we will be moving around alot! We will be in HI for a little over a year, then who knows where we will be!

    Honestly, though, I've been engaged for almost two years (and I'm in grad school) and sometimes I wish we'd shortened the timeline by LOTS because I just wanttogetitdonenowandbefinishedworryingaboutorwaitingfortherighttime!!!

    I also helped my mother plan her wedding in 4 months, which was a trip and a half, but a huge learning experience!!!

    I got engaged in January and I'm getting married in May. I'm also pursuing my bachelor degree so I'm going to school full time. I graduate in December! We just changed our date in the beginning of April. So you can do it!! I can, you can!
