First post ever!

Hi ladies! I live in Forest City, NC and this will be my third wedding. My hubby-to-be is 11 years younger than me and to be honest, he isn't into the whole 'romantic wedding'. I'm looking for ideas to have a gothic/hot topic wedding. The guests are defiantly going to come casualf..preferably In band t-shirts.

I thought about giving candles away as gifts with a poems attached. We've gotta a lot of stuff crossed off our list already. Any ideas are welcome!!

    Hi and Welcome.  :)

    You'll probably find lots of ideas on the "Gothic Weddings" or "Offbeat Weddings" boards.  Click on "Wedding Theme Boards" over on the left and they'll be under that. 

    Of course we're here too for local help and whatnots.

    As Mary said, check out the other sub-topic boards as they'll probably be able to give you a lot more ideas.

    We're also here to help with the local aspects and the ladies here are also a great support system when times get tough and stressful :)

    Welcome.  There's also a website/blog called "offbeat bride."  That might be helpful.  If you're setting up a website, mywedding.com has a background called zombie loverlies--don't know if that's too out there or not.  I'm married to a zombie fiend, but that was too much for me.  Nonetheless, I thought it was cool for the right person.
