Hair On The Run?

I'm trying to find a team of hair/makeup artists that will travel to the hotel where i am getting married(melbourne beach fl), and i contacted a group called Hair on the run.  Does anyone know anything about them/how their work is?

I just want a simple chignon and light makeup but i want to make sure that its high quality and looks perfect (obviously).

If you know of anyone that travels, please let me know! (i live in NJ, so its hard for me to make decisions like this without anyone's personal input.

    I would contact Meghann Davis she does hair and make-up.  She is out of Orlando and does travel.  She is traveling about 2 hours to come and do our make-up/hair for my wedding in June.  I had my trial with her in December and it went great! She was awesome and did a great job.

    Her prices are pretty reasonable, too.  If you talk to her, tell her that you found her on theknot.  I think there may be a discount or something like that.

    Thank you! I keep seeing her name all over the forum so I'll give her a call. It just makes me nervous cause I won't have a trial run but if everyone likes her I feel confident!

    Its definitely a bit nerve wracking not to have a trial, I can say that she is pretty good replicating what you tell her you think you may want.  If you'd like I can sent you a pm with my hair/makeup and see if you like her style.  When do you get married?

     May 14th is my day too! Lets hope the weather is nice b/c I'm getting married outside too. Just to warn you I have Meghann booked on that day though. I'm getting married at 5pm but she's doing my bridemaids makeup too so I don't if she can fit in another client that day. I love her though. Good luck!

    Haha ok you beat me to her. She said she's booked that day but could work it out depending on the times but I'm getting married outside too at 5pm! Good luck with everything and I'm sure shell do a great job for your wedding.

    My other choice was Patricia Lejeune, she was very well recommended also and I believe she has several people that work for her so she's definitely worth a call. I booked all my vendors backwards. I did my DJ first, months and months ago then hair and makeup was second. I just now found a florist and I still haven't booked my cake. :-) There's tons of good hair and makeup people in central fl and Melbourne isn't very far away so I'm sure most will be willing to travel from Orlando.

    Haha well I gave everything booked except hair and makeup and the dj will be booked tomorrow morning. I'm not stressing anything since there are tons of salons down there. It'll all work out:) I'm starting to get really excited and I can't wait for the big day!

    I just got the Hair on the Run deal they offered.  I was excited because it was $70 for both hair and makeup, about half off their normal price.  But when I asked for a trial, she said it would cost $100.  Isn't that a little steep for a trial?
    I was going to go with Meghan Davis before I saw this deal. lol. She must be doing pretty well for herself!
