  I wish...I need ideas...I have worked late the last two nights and hubby had to fend for himself (which is fine by me LOL) but it would be nice to make something

  im making tilapia tonight.  normally i do in bread crumbs and just fry real quick. But I'm all out.  I think i will try it in italian dressing this time around

  Tonight's Menu: Penne Vodka, Chicken Francese, Salmon, Eggplant Rolatine, Veal Scaploppini & a bunch of desserts!
  
  I am not cooking! I am organizing a big dinner for this week's conference at work! hahaha Lunch went over well, so I am hoping that dinner does too!
