Check and for sale (?)

Happy Monday!!

FI and I bought 40 (yes, FORTY) lanterns at Ikea this weekend!!  We both felt like total weirdos wheeling them through the store - but it's done and they're safely stored at dad's house.

These will be for sale after my Oct 9 wedding - purchased for $6.99 each.  What do you think is a fair price?  $3.50?

I would say 3.50-4.00 each would be fair.

that sounds fun! i would say shoot for $5 to begin with, and let people bargain with you if it doesn't work.... you started with 7x40=$280 + tax = over $300. if you sell 5x40 = $200, that's already $100 new user is saving...

im asuming wax candles are going to be in the lanterns? if so, it might not be so clean inside and unless ur willing to clean them all out, selling them at $3.50/pp is reasonable. if they are going to be in perfect condition $4-5 is fine.  The cheaper the price, the less haggling u will need to deal with.
