  I paid around $1500 for 6 hours, which most people say is unnecessary. I think it was worth every penny to be confident in my DJ -- way too many cheesy ones out there. Many people like Team DJ, but I do not personally. I've seen them in action and think they're decently cheesy and annoying.

  I have never heard of or used Team DJ. We used CoopDog Productions. I believe he was $450 for the first 4 hours and then $50 after that.

  We are spending $1300 but we got more than just the dj, we also are having him to the outdoor ceremony (w/ lapel mics and music), 6 hours of DJ for the reception and uplighting around the reception hall. If we just got the dj for 6 hours we would of been looking at $795 for his BIG system He is crazy nice and good at what he does.   I'm crazy excited about the uplighting. He dropped the travel fee for us since we got the big system and the other stuff he offered. I'm not sure if he would do that for a columbus drive but it wouldn't hurt to ask Good luck with ur search.

  We used Capitol City Sounds and for 4 hrs it was around $650
