Ugh!!

Hey girls!  I haven't posted in awhile, but just found out that our hall is most likely going into forclosure :(  Our wedding isn't until September so we have time to find a new place, but most dates in Septemeber and October are filling up. 

I feel like I have looked every where, but can't find the right place.  We live in Almont (near Romeo), but are pretty much open to any where in about a 25 mile radius.  Any ideas would be very helpful.  We are looking for about $40-50/ person (or less lol!), about 250 guests, and on a saturday.

Thanks in advance!! I'm ready to pull my hair out!!!!

    have you looked into greystone golf course? its over on mound and 32 mile.

    Tina's Country House at 23 Mile & Card has decent prices if I remember correctly.  Also you can try the Mirage at Canal and Garfield.  I know for sure Tina's Country House has really good food!

    I just had my wedding reception at Boulder Pointe Golf Course in Oxford, MI. 

    They were nothing but EXCEPTIONAL and the price was right in your range!

    I would seriously consider checking them out!

    Are you open to hiring outside catering?  The Octagon House in Washington Twp has a barn that can hold that many and the price is really cheap for rental.  When I talked to her a little while ago, she was open in September.  We're month twins :0)  I'm the 29th, how bout you?  Good luck!

    DMcMeghan- my wedding date is sept 15th.... It was sept 8th. UPDATE: We found a venue!!!!!! We had to change our date, but I don't care at this point :) thanks Ladies for all your suggestions. I checked most of them out, which helped lead me to my venue. I'm going today to put a down payment down at Cedar Glen Golf Course at 25 mile and Countyline. I am so relieved!!! Thanks Again!!!

    I'm glad everything worked out.  Can I ask which venue it was that's in forclosure?

    The hall is a K of C in Armada. The forclosure isn't 100% but I don't want to worry for the next 10 months. I'd rather be safe than sorry.
