L: Whole wheat pasta with olive oil and reduced fat feta
S: Apple
D: Crockpot chicken tacos

E: Walk outside if the weather's nice, if not, cardio at the gym.
Also starting my morning exercises.
Repeating twice: 
50 jumping jacks
5 pushups
20 sit ups
20 mountain climbers
30 second plank
7 burpees

    my lack of diet has got to stop. I got on the scale yesterday and about died when I saw the number. I am worth this
