Portland venue BYOB

Hello,
Can you recommend some budget-friendly places in Portland where you can bring your own alcohol/caterer? I know of the North-Star ballroom and Laurelhurst Club. I'm looking at 125 people with evening dancing (so Leech is out (no dancing), the Old Church is a little too small and the Overlook house requires music to end too early (at 8pm)).
I know I've crossed out a lot of options. Are there others I don't know about (in the $900 range?)

I am getting married at the foundry at oswego pointe and we picked our own caterer! We had to pay a $600 fee and then we could choose any caterer we wanted. They also need to serve the alcohol too, but it saved us a ton of money. We are having pizzicato and they have been SO amazing to work with, and it's such a great price!!
