What have you accomplished?

Last night I went out with one of my MsOH to pick up her dress and FG sashes. We also went out looking for other WR things.

Funny enough, even though I ordered 2 of the exact same sash, only one of them was in. The other is still on order. Weird.

One more of my BMs ordered her dress. (Only one left! She texted me Sunday to let me know she was ordering this week!)

We found these for the FG's to carry with the flower petals and I LOVE THEM. They only had 1, but they gave me a rain check and will call me this weekend when they get more in so I can get 1 more.

Tonight, mom and I are going to a store that SHOULD have my blue and yellow flower petals. They have them on their website for sure. If they don't, I'm giving into shipping costs.

I got a bunch done over the weekend and am hoping to finish some things tonight. Over the weekend I:

- finished all of the flowers except for mine (14 bouts, 6 bridesmaid bouquets, 1 junior bridesmaid bouquet, 2 mothers bouquets and 4 grandmothers corsages)

- completed the card box

- designed the candy table and wish vase signs, now I just need to get them to print correctly and then put them in a frame

- invitations are mostly designed, just need to double check them and print them all out.

My list is slowly getting checked off and that makes me so excited!

FI went and applied for his passport yesterday.

We are meeting with our pastor to go over the ceremony details tonight!

I am going this afternoon to get a quote on alterations for my dress. I just need the bust taken in a little bit and a bustle. I am really hoping it will be 200$ or less so I won't have to find somewhere else to take it!

Just adding RSVPs to the guest list as they come in. So far 21 yays and 0 nays so we're doing pretty good.

I found out FMIL never paid the limo company so my mom is rushing to get that covered today.

Not really much else going on...thinking about guest books but not acting on it yet.

Looking for a card box too but no firm acting on that yet either.

Pretty much completed addressing my invitations! The few that were not addressed are those who I'm not 100% sure are single, so, about 10 invitations.

Going to register after work today! Yay! We plan on moving out of state and don't want to move/store so much stuff until then (at least a year out), so we really didn't want a registry, but I'm starting to realize that having at least a small one might help those who are not comfortable giving money (if they choose).

Worked out the wording for our thank you sign (for the card/gift table) and got the wording completed for the candy buffet sign.

Hoping that it's warm enough tonight to be able to spray paint my frames so I can get a few more things totally completed.

Half done assembling the invites! Will finish the rest tonight.

The photographer put up a sample of our E-pics last night! Love them. She said there are so many (Yay) that she will upload them and then we will choose which ones to edit! I would rather have too many than not enough.

Set up an appointment with the ceremony musician! We needed to get that done early as she is expecting in May.

I saw my FI's oldest female cousin. I asked her if she wanted to hand out bubble to everyone at the ceremony (everyone will be blowing bubbles as we walk back up the aisle) and she was really excited to be involved.

ETA: I also figured out a few songs we'll use for the ceremony. I only have a few others left to figure out and then I'll be set.

@MMRoberts: I'm jealous! I really wanted bubbles but our venue doesn't allow them because they make the dance floor slippery. No exit bubbles for us...

The limo bus is all paid for: Mum swooped in and saved the day! We officially have a shuttle for our guests...they're going to have a great time in it.

MMR: How are you going to inform the guests to blow the bubbles as you walk back up the aisle? Will FI' cousin who is handing them out just inform everyone? I LOVE this idea!!

My mom narrowed down the addresses of co-workers so invites are completely done!!!!! Can't wait to send them out! We're paying the balance on our florist too

- Met with our pastor and went over our premarital counseling (with another church couple) and checked in with him. Set appointment for ceremony discussion, end of April.

- Ordered another corsage, I decided to give one more person.

- Fell a tree (well, watched it fall) and helped cut up all the wood rounds for my centerpieces (45 big rounds, 45 smaller rounds, and 10 GIGANTIC rounds - the biggest ones I'm going to use to burn the letters to 'wedding' for our sign outside of the driveway to the venue.

- Got the rest of my stuff for my centerpieces - decorate rocks, vases, flowers and wood burning kit.

- Ordered extra invites, RSVPs and stamps, FI decided to add some more extended family. Thankfully we have plenty of room and he told me BEFORE we send invites, always helpful.

- Picked my hairstyle

Can't wait to try it out!

The bubbles will have something attached to them saying when to blow bubbles. Our officiant will also tell people right after we kiss to start.
