Most Popular Cake Flavor?

We're doing a different flavor for our three layers and I'm having a hard time with which flavor to get the most of, the least etc. 

Our 3 Flavors are:
Red Velvet
Chocolate w/ Chocolate Mouse
Yellow with strawberry and appricot filling 
Wedding Countdown Ticker

    I'm not much help here because I hate chocolate....but, from my experience, most people will eat chocolate cake; a think a smaller number of people would go towards the fruit filled cake, and I know any time you say Red Velvet peoples faces break out into huge smiles....

    So my opinion... I would go less of the vanilla with fruit filling, and lean towards more chocolate and red velvet...

    My personal favorite is Red Velvet, and I'm not sure how popular it is in Boston, but here in the South it's HUGE. All three are great flavors, you really can't go wrong.
