  Seating Chart is my nightmare! People have already told me not to sit them next to certain people. I have a meeting with my venue this weekend about this.

  Ugh I just made lists of people and tables and then put the tables on the chart it was much easier.  I did it in excel actually and just put people in blocks of cells that were colored.  I'm such a nerd, haha.

  Yea, I am just looking at the diagram the venue sent me and making a chart...like Table 1...and listing the names underneath that... ahhhh

  LM, do you have powerpoint?  There are seating templates and that is what I used

  I did the list thing before we got all of our rsvp's back....but then we had unexpected No's, so now, I'm having a hard time with the list way....I had uneven tables or too many at one table and had to move to another..its just easier for me to do it this way...

  If it's the 2007 Powerpoint, you should be able to do
  
  -New
  -Charts and Diagrams
  -Floorplans and seating charts
  -Wedding reception seating chart

  I used a diagram and cut pink and blue sticky notes for female and male guests.  Much easier to visualize and move people around.  Good luck!

  Happy to help!!!!!!!   I found it by chance in a Google search.
  
  Also, if you have 10 or 12 people at your tables, you can just add extra lines to fit them.

  ooh awesome, Penny!  I had roughed it out with little sticky flags with people's names so I could move them but I'm much more digitally inclined than flags.  Can't wait to use this now!
