We were married in Hawaii on November 5, 2010.  We are having a reception on January 8, 2011.  On our favor tags I was wondering which date should I put on  them.  The date of our wedding or the date of our reception?

    I would put the wedding date.  I look at it like a birth announcement-it is the date the baby is born, not the date you brought him/her home.  Good luck!

    I agree, I would put your actual wedding date.  and if your really worried about whether you think people would maybe get confused skip putting a date on it all together, have it just include your names!
