Nothing this weekend, thank gosh. All that going out was really derailing my meal plan. School has a way of sucking your soul, doesn't it?

My meal plan this week has been iced black coffee and tums. Very healthy ya know?? I threw in some blueberries and honeydew yesterday though. I'm almost done MBA classes so it makes it impossible for me to focus or really care anymore. I've moved onto law school worrying now.

How many classes are you taking this fall? This weekend is down time and cleaning the house. We;ve been slacking on chores since we've been so busy.

Wow not healthy but I bet it isn't by choice!

I have 8 classes this fall all nutrition related. 3 will be grad classes. Medical Nutrition Therapy II, Community Nutrition and Food Management/Production.

Sorry I responded so late, I had to go workout. I had cramps real bad a breaking a sweat is the only thing that helps.

No totally not healthy. I go through phases like this when it comes to eating. Oh my heavens!! 8 classes!! Thats insane. You;ll do great I'm sure. Working out helps your cramps?? Ugh, when I have cramps the last thing that helps me is working out.

Yes, a workout relaxes your muscles by heating them up and gets the blood flowing inside your body. Well, for me at least lol.

Yes 8 classes, I can't catch a break but at least I am done chem. classes!

For me the only thing that works is laying on a heating pad and meds. I typically puke when I have cramps so I think working out would make me miserable. Did you just finish general chem?? Do you have to take organic??

Me too!! It has never occurred to me to create shapes in that area. Where I went to boarding school the girls went through a phase of dying their pubes bright green or pink.
