Wednesday Work-OUT - The Thursday Edition!

Well it's Thursday! Being sick stinks :(

It's Thursday, half way through the work week. So I thought it'd be nice to take a little break from work/school/childcare/whatever you don't want to do, and have a little poll. Just for the fun of it!

Who is glad they are not having a wedding this weekend, with this snow?!

Are there any projects DIY or not, that you are putting off?

What did you do to plan for this snow?

Do you go to the store to get stuff last minute?

Who is ready for spring?!

Who is glad they are not having a wedding this weekend, with this snow?!
I am definitively happy because I am not having my wedding this weekend! Don't take me wrong, I love snow, but only where services and government is fully prepared to deal with the season...Switzerland, exactly!!!! Here in DC it has been a disaster!!!

Are there any projects DIY or not, that you are putting off?
I am giving up on DIY projects that must use a great deal of craft expertise, because I don't the gift or expertive...so more money that I have to spend with them: all papers, from the menu to the table names and escort cards.. The only one thing I will assembly is the OOT bags and the two baskets for the bathroom. My SD will help to make and set up the coloring books and pencil for the kids along with the little bags of favors for the kids also. And hopefuly I'll be done

What did you do to plan for this snow?
Stay away from it. here in DC area, we have for few time but very confusing with people going back home after 12 hours or waith, abadoned cars, a real adventure. I got my generator, bought gas for it, bought milk, bread, cheese, water, and got back home as quick as I could.

Do you go to the store to get stuff last minute? Yes, almost the last one there to buy what I really needed.

Who is ready for spring?! ME,ME,ME,ME,ME....florwers, I can barely wait to se you again!!!! Please come as soon as you can...I love Spring!!!

I am glad! I am a fan of snow, but not a fan of standing in the snow to get wedding pictures. My sister got married in October and it snowed and she still made us go outside, it was FREEZING. Needless to say the pictures did not turn out well.

My Center Pieces. It is so much paper to cut and fold, and I know I need to get on it, but it's taking FOREVER!!!

What did you do to plan for this snow?
Nothing much! I just waited it out. I didn't have to work, so just hung out inside and played computer! --Should have done those center pieces! lol

Do you go to the store to get stuff last minute?
No, but FI decided while it was snowing he wanted some coffee so we HAD to go to QT! Funny stuff!

    Who is ready for spring?!
OMG Me!!! I love spring and am so ready to be done with snow!!

The pictures would be so pretty in the snow...but darn cold!!

Are there any projects DIY or not, that you are putting off?
Um, all of them!  Ok, I am not really doing all that many so I can put them off.

What did you do to plan for this snow?
Bought a snowblower for FI!  It was used, but best thing we ever did.  And stock up on tea!

Do you go to the store to get stuff last minute?
I did actually, but I was passing right by it.  It was during the day so it wasn't too crazy.

    Who is ready for spring?!
    How about summer instead?!  :)
