I just got engaged a little over a week ago and am beginning my planning process. We are hoping for an April or May 2011 date. What places can anyone suggest for a ceremony location and a reception location in mid to down-town? The ceremony will most likely be small and private. The reception, however, will probably be around 200 people and we'd like to have a band. I'd also like to know what dress shops offer the best service for a budget of $1000 or under. Thanks!
