GM! Another rainy day here..will it never end?

Last night I made dinner for DF and I and then we got to work on the trim/door painting project. Seriously this project is taking forever! Mostly because everything needs 2-3 coats of paint! Also, FMIL/FFIL have decided to come visit this weekend. That means lots of cleaning to be done towards the end of this week. fun.

    Good morning!  We just relaxed last night...enjoyed some white pizza while watching DWTS.  I was so excited when Hines dance to Boogie Shoes.  I love, love, love that song.

    Our invitations should be here today, but I forgot to leave a note on the door for the UPS guy to leave the package.  I am hoping he leaves it anyway, but he usually makes us sign for everything...thinking because we live on a busy street.  Oh well....

    DB- Good luck with the cleaning.  I need to get on that job too!


    Pittsburgh September Siggy - Our honeymoon will be at the Royal Suites Turquesas in P*nta Cana. Super excited!

    How exciting your invitations are arriving today!!

    I didn't do much last night.  Just enjoyed a night of tv with my pups.  Now this morning I'm trying to knock some items off my wedding to do list before going to work.  I love my Tuesday mornings off but it makes going to work all the harder!!  :)

    Morning Ladies!!
    Rainy day here too... Traffic this morning was pretty terrible :( so I got in a bit late. I also had to stop at the post office to overnight my final payment to Shutterbooth!!! I got a hold of both vendors I needed to contact and it looks like everything is good to go!! 11 days and counting...

    Last night I ran around doing tons of errands. I wanted to start printing the escort cards but got caught up with some other things so they will have to get pushed off until Wednesday. Tonight my summer course starts (blah!). I was able to speak with the professor and he was completely great about me missing two weeks for the wedding/hm - I'm still not quite sure why I did this to myself but I'll be glad to get this one out of the way!!

    db - Ugh! I hate having to clean when my parents or FIL's come over!!! You always feel the need to be perfect... GL with it!

    janice - YUM! White pizza!!!!!!!!! YAY for your invites arriving!!!!!!!!! Take pics!! Can't wait to see them!

    Hi Everyone!

    So I didn't get to ride the bus yesterday as I didn't have the correct change. My fiance left his cell at home so he couldn't call me when he got to my work to pick me up. So he came and banged on the office doors (wrong one and no one heard it since everyone was gone), tried to find a pay phone to call me, and generally ran around like a chicken with it's head cut off for an hour and half. All the while I'm sitting there thinking he forgot me lol. His first words to me when he finally found me (sitting in the lobby of the building panicking) was "I'm so sorry baby, I know you are probably so hungry." Hahahaha... I eat all day long so he knew I needed food really bad.

    Taking the bus today and trying to find apartments online to go and look at. We have to move out (stupid Carson Street commons raised rent by $150 a month) but we are hoping to still stay in a neat area. We are going to visit a few houses on top of Mount Washington tomorrow. FI could take the incline down and go to work downtown.

    GMC- yeah we really liked the wine loft. Definitely overpriced, but not too overpriced. Really nice and surprisingly comfortable atmosphere. It's like walking into a posh little place in NYC, but without the stuffiness. We will defnitely go back.

    Janice- Leg is doing better but I will thrilled when I'm off these stupid crutches and can drive my car again.

    dp- I seriously hate painting anymore. I used to love it until I painted the entire basement den in my old condo (huge space as it spanned the entire condo).  I painted the ceilings, walls, and trim. 3 coats minimum. For 5 days. I will never paint again.
