  • B: Oatmeal
    L: Onion soup w/rice noodles, mini candy bar
    S1: a handful of cucumber slices and baby carrots dipped in low fat ranch
    D: Kung Pao chicken, rice noodles, curried roasted cauliflower
    S2: 2 mini candy bars

    E: walked 3 miles.
  • I was awful yesterday, my work took us out for lunch and then FI cooked dinner at home (he is the cook in the family haha). So here goes...

    B: Black coffee and mini muffins
    S: A biscotti and black coffee
    L: A burger with mushrooms and cheese, potato chips, baked beans and 2 fried mac and cheese bite
    D: 3 small chicken fajitas
    EX: None :(

  • B: 2 Plain blueberry waffles. 
    S1: 1/2 apple 1TBS peanut butter
    L: Salad (mixed greens and spinach) with sliced chicken, cheese, raspberry walnut vinnegrette. 
    D: Turkey and Bacon Pretzel bread Lean Pocket
    S2: Fried greenbeans. 

    E: 45 min of kickball.

  • So, I planned my food and packed a cooler to take to work with me yesterday, only to be wrapped early (at lunch). So I decided to wait to eat and hurry home instead (to beat the traffic). My Fiance was home yesterday too and insisted we go out to lunch (because we haven't had much time together in the last few weeks). Then we stopped on the way home and he bought me flowers at the market (just because) and himself a pumpkin pie from the bakery (just because)!!! "Why I oughta!!!" -it's okay, my willpower is good and I didn't have any pie... yet!!!

     

    Snack #1 (at home): Weight Watchers Chocolate Protein Shake w/ 3/4cup Almond Milk, 3/4cup fresh raspberries and 3 ice cubes

    Breakfast (at work): 2 Scrambled eggs, fruit & yogurt parfait w/ granola (mixed berries & mango, 1 cup low fat vanilla yogurt, 1/4 cup granola), coffee w/ fat free non dairy creamer

    Lunch (Corner Bakery): 1 cup tomato basil soup w/ croutons, half of a chicken pomodori panini sandwich, one pickle spear, unsweetened iced tea

    Dinner (at home): one cup homemade mixed vegetable soup, unsweetened iced tea

    Snack #2 (at home): 2 homemade chocolate chip cookies 

     

    No exercise today, unless canoodling with the Fiance counts, Haha!!

  • SOMUCHPASTA.

    That is all. 

    Thursday I ate like crap at my conference I stuck at all day, but I did run a mile and a half afterwards. 

    Ran a 5k race this morning. So, ya know, maybe someday I'll stop being such a fatty.
