Any other 2nd time brides in this forum?

Just curious.  My marriage in January will be the 2nd time I'm someone's wife.  I'm kinda doing everything the opposite of my first wedding this time around....I guess I am a little superstitious.  Anyone else in here?  What's different for you this time around?

    Im a second timer. The first wedding was awful - really tacky and ostentatious. my former MIL planned most of it (she paid for a good portion, so wanted it 'her way')

    This time around I went with my gut, invited who I wanted and didnt worry about all the 'you have to - its tradition!' nonsense and had a MUCH better wedding and a really great time.

    I am an encore bride also.  I had the big wedding with all of the family and all the bells and shistles the first time.  This time it is going to be a very intimate affair and we are getting married on the beach.
