    So i failed at eating normally yesterday. Worked so much and was so busy that all i was able to eat was oatmeal, 3 string cheeses and 2 hotdogs w/o buns. i could have made better decisions, i know.

    yeah work probably wont settle down but ill try to keep myself fed in a healthy manner :) i worked from 6am to 6pm straight yesterday...ugh. haha :)

    and yes, today WILL be a good day (when i finish work lol)

    ooo forgot to say im going to meet with my wedding cake baker today so i might come home with some tasty snacks. must leave some leeway in the points!

    Well... it is only day 3 of my WW week and I have ZERO flex points left and only 2 measly APs should I choose to eat them. This is not good. No excuses today. I have healthy things packed. My fridge at home is full of smart choices. I can do it!

    I've realized in the last week or so that I have two bad habits that are probably greatly hindering my weight loss. I have a big sweet tooth, so a trip to Starbucks and lots of desserts are daily occurrances for me. I'm going to think about it some more to get a realistic approach to this, rather than cold turkey (might set me up for failure). Anyway, I'm going to try to make the switch to only water/tea & fruit instead of sugary dessert type items. Today was not a good start to this because I have no groceries. So....

    B: roasted tomato & mozerella pannini (9), part of a nonfat caramel macchiato - the lady made it gross (2)
    L: tbd, just trying not to eat out!
    S: recovery drink (2)
    D: tbd again - need to meal plan and grocery shop

    E: P90X Yoga X, Ab Ripper (I rearranged my workouts yesterday due to lack of time)

    Favorite One, I am the same way about desserts.  I make a box of sugar free jello and divide it into two containers.  I cut a banana up and divide it between the two -- or sometimes I put half a cup of frozen fruit in each.  Whenever I have a craving for something sweet, I eat these with fat free cool whip on top.  It almost always hits the spot and it is only 2 points.

    Hi ladies! I'm super late today, but having to put my food in here motivates me to track and eat healthy, so I keep posting regardless. :)
