Winter Park Farmers Market Brides

Who do you guys have doing the set-up and clean-up of the entire venue as far as recpetion tables (centerpieces, favors) and any other room decor?

    you provide the farmers market with the lay out of the room when you give them your final payment 10 days before and they set up the tables and chairs for you. I'm having puff n stuff cater so they will be setting up food and dressing the tables and then i have family putting the center pieces out. As for clean up puff n stuff will take care of their stuff and family will do the rest. I looked into several DOC's and just couldn't jusitfy paying some one hundreds of dollars to put things on tables.

    I know exactly what you mean, paying someone to do it is just something I don't want to pay for. Looks like my family will be doing it as well lol :)

    Are you getting married on a Saturday there? What is your schedule like as far as scheduled time for ceremony, set-up, cocktail hour, recetion, and clean-up?

    I am not to sure on how much time I should leave available for set-up and clean-up
