question about a string quartet for ceremony

Hi guys...I dont really ask any questions on this board...but you all are soooo helpful to all the gals on here... so I have a question I think you guys can assist me with.  I want a string quartet to play before and at the begining of my ceremony (and possible 1 hour during the coctails).  Ive looked online and it seems as though all I can find are god-awful prices of $500 for one hour!!  Do you know of anyone cheaper or maybe a student who plays looking for extra $ (of course less than $500).  I think Im going to try contacting the community colleges music programs  too...but any help from yo uall would be greatly appreciated!  Thanks!!!

Did you check the Local Vendors on here? I thought there were a few ceremony musician options

Well, I am using the allegro quartet and for one hour they charge $530 for a quartet, $460 for a trio and $350 for a duo.  Maybe you can just cut down on the number of actual musicians?  They were one of the more reasonably priced groups when I was looking, but I also did not look for students or anything like that.

ASU's music building has an area where you can post wanted ads for musicians.  A lot of the students have groups formed for that sort of thing.  If that's too pricey, you can even look at your local high school.  There are a lot of talented orchestra students in their Junior and Senior years, and unless there are going to be trained ears, they would probably due a great job for the price.

Just found out! FMIL is so graciously doing all of the music, and we are also having the Allegro Quartet.  They are highly recommended among the music community.
