Wanted - affordable rehearsal dinner Dana Point Area

my fiancee and I are looking for someplace to have a rehearsal dinner near dana point / san juan capistrano.

We have 30 people, and we're looking for something in the $800 - $1,000 range total, putting is in the $22 - $28 range including tax tip etc...

any suggestions?

    Ummm, FI's mom is doing ours at El Torito in the Harbor and I'm pretty sure it's about $18/person....not including tip & booze.  FI really wanted to have ours at El Patio.  It's kind of a run down, local cafe, but the food is pretty great!  We wanted a really laid back feel, but his mom vetoed the bright pink & purple walls!  haha
