Freelance bartender?

Our wedding is July 14, 2012 and we need a bartender with insurance to serve just a white sangria for about 2 1/2 hours at our wedding for a cocktail hour or 2. Does anyone have any recommendations or tips?

Try checking with a bartending school. They should be able to direct you to someone.
