I've been trying to lose only 10 pounds within 5 months ... well, I only lost 3 pounds so far... I can't seem to lose more weight... i would like to lose another 5 pounds in 2 months when my wedding is...i work out 5-6 days a week, at least 30min - 1 hour cardio each time and about 30-50 min. weight... but still can't seem to lose the last 5 pounds... i eat healthy, no fast food, no fried food, a lot of vegetables, i'll keep a food log, etc... any ideas how i can lose 5 more pounds til the end of May? Thank you!
