I got a VM from the event manager at my venue saying to give her a call... Call her up & she says "Hey! How are you?! I'm so excited for Saturday...I just wanted to let you know that when I charged you for the bar tab I forgot to include tax and the 20% service fee so I just charged it to your card Ok?....Ma'am! You went about this a little backwards. You were supposed to call and say hey, is it ok if I charge this fee to your card or would you like to use a different form of payment? I mean I totally get I have to pay it & thats not a problem but what if I didnt have the funds in that account for her to just run my card. When I gave her my card for the venue payment I was running it for the total I was given at that time. That doesnt mean you can run my card at any point in time b/c you feel like it, especially w/out us ever having any conversation that you can just leave this card on file to charge me for whatever -_- 
They already forced me to change from an indoor to an outdoor ceremony w/in a month of my wedding. They are begging for horrible reviews.

    I'm pretty sure a business can not just charge your card with out your consent even if they made an error in the amount charged the first time. If you wanted to this is probably something you could dispute with your bank. And if you have a contract that says that the bar is included for the amount that was paid they may have to just suck up the error, but of course that could cause major issues with the level of service you get from them.
