Rose petal cones

We are planning on hanging paper cones on the back of the chairs at our ceremony and having our guests throw rose petals at us as we walk down the asile. My question, if the cones each hold a few handfuls of petals, should there be one per person or one on everyother seat? I don't want it to look cluttered, but I am not sure what the sharing of a cone would look like. Suggestions?

    Well, what about just to the people who are seated next to the aisle? If the guests further away from the aisle try to throw petals, they won't make it to you guys anyway (petals are so lightweight) Unless that's okay with you. I think many people just put them on the end of the row near the aisle.

    You also don't HAVE to have them hanging where the guests take their seat. You could have them in a basket when people walk in and they reach in and take one. Make a little sign to instruct them what to do in a cute way! Either way, it's up to you!

    I'm thinking about having a basket myself (only were throwing paper tickets for our movie theme), some people dont like the throw things, thats why the basket. If you want them hung do every other seat I think that would be fine.
