Help finding this garter?

I saw this on Pinterest (with no link to the actual source) and I am so freaking in love with it that it's ridiculous. Has anyone seen something like this or any tips for making it? I can sew. (I'm a beginner but it really won't be that hard. It's just tulle with an elastic band on back as it looks like it doesn't stretch all the way around.)

    Ah, MilkDuds. Good advice on the digging. I actually found the exact garter. I found the designer on Facebook which led me to Etsy. Here's the link for those who are interested: http://www.etsy.com/listing/86501269/no1

    Unfortunately I cannot afford it AT ALL. Oh well. At least I found it and have more pictures.

    You could easily make it for much, MUCH less than $150. And you might be lucky enough to have a grandma/mom/auntie, etc. who has a cool old broach you could use, which would make it even more personal and special. (Then it could also count as your 'something old' or possibly 'borrowed') Best of luck! It's a GORGEOUS garter
