  I have had a great experiece. We are using Bill.  I was lucky enough to have him as my consultant when I went in.  We clicked, and he was available, so I booked him.  I have had great customer service, always instant replys, whether when I contact my "consultant" that was assigned to me, or my photographer, himself.  We had great promos, free thank you cards or Save-the-Dates (we chose Thank You cards), our engagement photos were put towards product, which we used towards a guest sign in book, and they have always been straightforward and honest with me.  Although I have not gotten married yet, I highly recommend them, for allI have experienced.  HTH.

  The way the "pick your photographer" worked for me was that we were assigned a photographer, met with him, saw his work, and decided he wasn't for us, so I was given some other porfolios to look through and found one that was everything I wanted and more, so we then became her clients. Thus far in the process, I am quite happy.

  I had Heidi from Timothy Whaley as my photographer. She was excellent. She took over 1200 pictures and they were great. She was with me from noon until midnight and she was very pleasant to work with. After our initial consultation, we were assigned a photographer and after looking through his work, we wanted to go with someone else and it was easy to change. We were very happy with Heidi.
