  Ok, just breathe!  It's really unfortunate that she hasn't gotten her act together.  Do you know if it's a financial reason why she is waiting??  I don't get why she wants to know when it will get in.....order it!  Maybe try to reach out to her....not about the dress and see if everything is ok.  If she doesn't have the cash....if you are able to swing it, pay for it.  Or if she doesn't end up paying for it, she will either have taken herself out of your WP, or you might just have to find another dress for her to wear.
  
  Sorry you are doing through this!  On the plus side, DB is super quick with their dresses.  Ours came in like 2 weeks.

  She just keeps saying next week she will get it. We've been friends for several years now and she was super excited when I asked her to be my moh. It's not a money situation the dresses are not expensive. I'm not really sure what the deal is... she just keeps putting it off. At first we called around to see if a store had her size/color dress bc she said she was going to drive and get it. Well, we found one in Macon, GA she kept saying my next off day she was going to drive and get it. That was almost a month ago. Now I text her about free shipping and she says that's what she's going to do. I don't care what she does, just get it ordered!!! That's the only thing I want her to do so I can stop stressing about the wp not having clothes to wear.

  I don't know about driving to another state to get it!  Maybe she is busy.....not a good excuse, but I could see how even if she had the day off, a long drive wouldn't work.  Hopefully she will take advantage of the free shipping.
  
  I was really involved at first with the BM dresses, and it was a million times better once I just went hands off and let my BMs deal with it.  Try not to stress because she knows that is the requirement of being in your WP...buying the dress!  If she doesn't get it done, deal with it then.  Good luck!

  She's the one who had the idea to go to GA. Idk about busy she does nothing when she's off. I keep trying to get her to order it and have it shipped. It only take 5 mins on the phone or online to do it.

  I know how you feel. I had a similar situation with my wedding party too. Although now everyone has gotten there's ordered. My MOH only paid half though. She got hers from a different bridal shop (not DB). So hopefully she pays in enough time to have it altered if need be. I hope everything works out but I said the same thing to myself. If these girls don't have their dresses ordered by a certain time then... they just won't be in the wedding! So frustrating! I don't think people should be in weddings if they have not been married themselves lol! Some people don't understand the urgency!

  Exactly! My whole thing is I'd be happy if she would pay some on it. Or let me know she's ordered it. She won't tell me anything. Her reply is always where Idk if she's done anything or not. Its almost down to 2 month before and I can't be waiting on her to order.

  I went through this with my sister. She lives 10 hours away. I knew she had some life stuff going on. She ignored me for over a month because she didn't want to let me down. She finally went shopping around the beginning of July and her dress has already come back. I was so worried about her not having ordered and its such a releif now to know that its back. Now if only I could get my MOM on the ball!
