Venue search:Outdoor cermony (near the water), Indoor recpetion, Hotel location

Hi there! I'm looking for recommendations for a venue in Miami. We want something in a hotel location, an outdoor ceremony (with views of the water but not on the beach), followed by an indoor reception. Guest list is about 120.  We have seen some places but open to more ideas!

    have you checked out the Grand Doubletree on Biscayne.  Beautiful Bay view.  Also, my venue is the Intercontinental Hotel in Downtown and has the option for what you're looking for too.  Also Grove Isle in the Grove has a spectacular view and outdoor area.

    Thanks for the suggestions! I'm going to check some of them out!

    Odalys, we went to see the Grove Isle and fell in love with it. It's defitnetly at the top of our list but we felt that we should see a few more venues since that was one of the first places we looked into. How has your experence been so far?? How many guests are you having?

    Ileana: My experience has been great!  They switched management around November and I had booked the previous May and the switch has been seamless.  My planner Guerdy, knows the new event guy Christian, and told me he was an upgrade bc he's that good.  The chef there now is Donald Trump's old chef and I definitely could see that at the tasting.  They are switching the ballroom up and making some awesome renovations in July (just in time for my wedding, yay!)  We are having about 120 guests- I think they told us when first booked the room could sustain 122 people but I recently saw a review somewhere and the bride said she had 200.  I'm really happy we went with Grove Isle.  If you have anymore questions you let me know :
