Hotel Help.......grrrr!!!

Ok So FI calls me this AM stating he recieved a few texts from his friends stating they needed the hotel info....it was put in the invites with all the info. Apparently Wingate by Wyndham in Coon Rapids changed there name to Best Western in the last couple of months, but has the same phone number. Everyone is googling it for some reason and confused becuase its no longer Wingate by Wyndham and now BW.  What should I do....get eveyones email or phone number and let them know??? What would you do??

    Yeah, I would try to contact people by facebook, e-mail, phone, etc and let them know. That's about all you can do at this point...

    Just got another text from FI that the hotel will not do a shuttle for us inless 10 hotel rooms are booked....ahhhh I havent had anxiety for wedding stuff for awhile and today its in full force....what to do????

    You could ask the hotel what they would charge for shuttle if they don't fill 10 rooms, call around and get quotes for shuttles, or just wait to see if you will fill 10 rooms. Do you think you will fill 10 rooms or will it be close?

    We thought we would def have 10 rooms or more booked....they said they will absoultely not do the shuttle my FI even offered to pay them since they have a shuttle and I guess the manager wouldnt budge.
