  I found them!  Two options:

  
  

  -- I was at Michael's today and they have both gold-tone and silver-tone mercury glass votice holders.  They come in a pack of six for $7.99.  They also have a silver bowl-shaped candleholder, and a tall one  I took a picture if you want me to send it to you.
