s/o hiding money

What do you do with your purse when you have guests over?

It's not that I don't trust them, but it seems odd to leave my purse sitting out on the same table where sits while I'm home.

my purse always goes straight to the bedroom.  i clean it out every night -- receipts go to dh to enter into the budget, trash gets tossed, phone gets charged, etc.

I'll put it in my room. This also applies to when the cable people, carper cleaner, etc comes over.

    I don't trust people.

I usually bring it into my bedroom. And if I have people over, I tell them they can put their purses in there as well.

My purses are generally strewn all over the house. If we're having a party that I clean for they all get put back in the closet where they technically belong.

Mine just sit around. If a handyman is coming over, I'm always with him, so I don't have worries that he'll snatch it.

I can't wait for the "im getting a divorce" post in 5 years or so because your husbands were fed up with your disgusting chair asses from playing on the knot all day and getting fired 4-5 times for not doing any work. you guys are all winners!! ~ Laur929

It never crossed my mind to move it when people come over.  It hangs on the bag of the chair going to the garage.  When guests come with purses they stick their purses in a corner or leave them in the car.

My purse usually sits by the front door on a daily basis or I hang it on our coat tree.

When we have company, it goes in my bedroom.  I invite people to leave their purses on the bed in my guest bedroom since it's right by the door.

If a service person is at the house, I usually don't think to move it.  But either DH or I are with the person the whole time.

My purse goes into the guest room when I get home. It stays there unless it is out with me.
