Why are there so few WI vendors listed on this site?

I am getting married in Wi and the list of vendors is so small and to top it off I am a very low budget bride and I need to find places where I can save.  I want to put a few places out there becasue so far they have been very budget friendly for me and are pretty nice for a smaller to medium wedding.

  • What are you all looking for? Maybe some of us can tell you what we have found.
  • Well No I was just wondering I found everything that I was looking for but it was so difficult to find anything I really with the site had more options.  Like I said I am having my creemony at the Country Chapel in Appleton WI and My reception at Good Company, I am only going to have about 30-40 people so it is not going to be a huge reception or anything and every place that this site has is either super expensive or requires a minimum of 100 people.
  • My friend had a beautiful wedding at the Elm Grove Women's Club I think it was called - turned out nice and your able to bring your own cater:)
  • Have you checked out our Wisconsin Knottie site that our moderator set up for us? (CLICK HERE.) It's awesome, because it's loaded with reviews for vendors. Check it out. I'm not positive, but I think vendors have to pay in order to advertise on The Knot.

  • Check out the weddingchannel.com, it's affiliated with TK and it's biggest focus is on vendors. Also check out projectwedding.com, they have quite a few WI vendors listed. Good luck!

Random, but I ate at Good Company in Appleton last month and loved it! Great atmosphere and great food.

Oooh yummy, I love Good Company. I used to waitress there actually! I still live in Appleton though.  I love it here.

    Ditto!

One of the main reasons I started the WI Knottie site was becuase of the lack of WI wedding vendors that you could find online. Also, wedplan.com has a nice list of vendors, which helped me out.
