Hello everyone!! So my FI and I got engaged about a month ago in Las Vegas. Currently we are living in Central PA, but we will be relocating to the Raleigh area in June (we are building a house, and it won't be done til then).

We are getting married in Pittsburgh (where I am from), but I am so excited to call Raleigh home.

Any tips for getting to know other young couples in the area? We have only visited once (to buy our house), so we are TOTAL newbies. FI has a job, but I am still searching.

Anyway, I am happy to get to know you all, and FI are very excited to live in NC!

Also, I think you might have my life. 5 years ago I lived in Central PA, then moved to Raleigh for 4 years and now I'm in San Deigo. If you move to San Diego that's just creepy! hehe

I'm in State College... finishing up my degree at Penn State.

Hmm maybe San Diego is in our future... we actually are aiming to move out west someday, but probably Arizona...

Congrats on so many amazing things happening!! You will be suprised what Raleigh has to offer. There are a lot of cool landmarks and things to do in and outside of Raleigh. Let me know if you ever need someone to show you around town. I live in Raleigh (have been here for a long time, originally from NJ).
