Good morning, ladies! It looks like I have a few phone calls to SPI to make. Enterprise charged my car $70 more than what my confirmation showed I would be charged, and a hotel that was entirely paid for in points charged my card $67.

I didn't damage the vehicle and put gas back in it on the way, nor did I damage the hotel room. I was only there for two days and both days, I essentially came home and went to bed.

Travelling is not my thing.

Post and run ... we're about to go meet my parents for breakfast. It's amazing how different my puppy is every day. I guess this is Day 4 with her and she's really coming out of her shell now (almost all the time). It's awesome ... but I can see we need to get her to obedience classes ASAP! She's quite willfull when she wants to be! I'm trying to be firm with her, but sometimes that backfires (because she's still timid/unsure at times, and I want her to trust me!) So having a trainer tell me how to handle each situation will be SO helpful.

Amy, that's strange. Has it completely cleared or is is still showing as pending? I know with some companies they run your card and put it in a pending status just to make sure it can clean for any incedentals, etc.

Glad you made it back safe, though. I hope everything went ok

I didn't realize it until Thursday, but apparently its Mexico's Spring Break so that explains a lot about all the noise, partying, and kids at the hotel. So far today is very boring at work. Apparently no one wants to buy vitamins today. This could be a very long day at this rate. Maybe I will sneak out early if it's still slow this afternoon.

Hello! We just got back from out first Easter egg hunt of the day and are getting ready to dye our own eggs for tomorrow. The little guy has his baseball game in a few hours, then we have another Easter egg hunt to go to at a friends. The little pup has gone with us everywhere so far today, and it was his first time with his collar and leash, and he did really good around some many people and other dogs. So now he's going everywhere with us today. I told Matt Remington would be a great chic magent for him, if he wasn't married! We had so many people gush over him this morning. Amy, glad to hear you're back safe! And sorry to everyone who's working! :-(

I woke up too late for the easter egg hunt I wanted to go to...sad. But tonight is the deep ellum music festival which I keep seeing out of my window and will attend tonight. Should be fun!

So one of my employees called in sick for the evening shift. So darn it. Not going to be able leave early. Can't find a replacement either because the other part time person never has his phone turned on. That does it! I'm hiring another person.

Yeah. I've since heard her bark (at the vaccuum) and growl (when my dad was roughhousing with her). Not so timid after all!!!

We went to Petsmart for more stuff for her ... spent about $250, but that includes $109 for six weeks of beginner dog training. Starting Monday. Excited about it!

We spent most of the day looking at new cars, because my Santa Fe got totaled thanks to the hail. Yay. Blech.

My top three favorites so far are:

1. Chevy Equinox

2. Acura RDX

3. Hyundai Santa Fe 6 cylinder (similar to what I have/had). However, if this is what I get I will not be buying it from the dealership in Plano. He was the only salesmen of the three we dealt with today who tried to put the big pressure pitch on us even though we were pretty upfront with all in saying we had about two weeks before we were going to make up our mind (plus, I have to wait on a check).
