  I'm not sure what type of topper you are looking for, but there are tons of sellers on Etsy.com who make them. I ordered our swarovski initial topper from seller SheaChicDesigns

  We also had one made on Etsy at sophia's workshop. She's amazing. Our guests are still talking about how much they loved it. PIB. GL.

  We got our cake topper frokm Sophia's Workshop as well!! It was a tad expensive (for a cake topper) but I absolutely LOVE IT!

  Yes, etsy rocks. When you use etsy though budget for a bit of extra time. On another board there was a recent complaint or two about etsy sellers not making custom items on time.
