We dont have a theme- no idea what favors

Hey everyone,

we have no theme for our wedding, we are just having a nice Summer Wedding with around 80 guests. We are working on a budget here and are having our friends age around 25 and also coworkers 30 to 60 of age and family..

What seems like an appropriate favor idea ?

What about cotton candy or TIC TACS in your wedding colors.

Anything edible that everyone would eat.

You could do m&ms and order those online in your wedding colors, though they can be kind of pricey. Another idea is those cute after dinner mints that are pastel colored if that matches your color scheme. Basically anything edible as a PP said would work!

Almost every wedding I have been to has had edible favors. We don't have a theme either, just a fall wedding and we are going to have wine stoppers with a bronze leaf on them. Look at some favor wedsites. You will be suprised what you can get for a dollar or two a person. You can sort by season if you want a summer themed favor too.

I think edible or non-personlilzed wedding favors are best - most likely to be truly useful to the recipients!   We are doing a candy buffet where people design their own favors by scooping the candy (ies) of their choice into boxes or bags - you can even get cute little boxes that look like chinese takeout containers.

I agree with the others, you can't go wrong with edibles, especially cookies! I ordered some Valentine's cookies from this site and they were sooo moist and delicious, (not to mention their customer service was AWESOME!) I'm thinking of ordering these blue and white dress cookies for my wedding:

Their prices are really reasonable too. I've looked at alot of different places, and I can't find anyone who has such good prices for the size and custom decoration you get. They'll customize the colors/style of the cookie for no extra charge! Who does that anymore? I'll definately be back for my wedding :)

    And leave to collect dust
sit in a drawer and be lost
throw away as soon as they go home

Edible is more likely to be used.

I did personalized matchbooks - basic & cheap. Just printed our name & wedding date in our wedding color. With our guests traveling from out of town, it didnt take up much luggage space!
