Two Years Ago

Two years ago right now I was getting dressed to marry my best friend. It is so hard to believe that it has been two years already!! For those of you who are still waiting for that special day to arrive, the time will pass quickly and before you know it, your wedding day will be here!

I'm going to try to make a nice dinner tonight and hopefully we can relax together for the evening. Maybe a few other activities too.

I forgot to mention you have the same anniversary as my parents.. they're celebrating their 30th today! Their outdoor pics are very similar to yours with the beautiful foliage. I love New England in the fall! I just don't miss the winters ;0)

Thank you all! I made chicken parm with spaghetti, salad and apple quesadillas for dessert. It was good! Except that the quesadillas fell apart.

We had a DW in that everyone had to travel to get to the wedding and there wasn't anyone who could save the cake for us so we ordered a cake for our 1st anniversary from the bakery that did our groom's cake. It was the same flavors as our groom's cake - chocolate cake with orange creamsicle mousse. Yum! We didn't have any cake this year.

AllyG - you got engaged on 10/10/10? So cool. You won't have trouble remembering that! Happy one year engagement anniversary.
