Jillian MIchaels 90 Day body revolution?

OK, I shouldn't watch early morning infomercials....

Has anyone done this program? The reviews I've read say it can be hard on your knees? Maybe I'm just looking for the "quick fix", or maybe it could just be a good starting program?

Thoughts?

  • My sister-in-law does this workout and loves it! It really works for her. I did it with her over the holiday however, I have back problems and it was really too hard on the back. I ended up a good sore from part of it (the quads and calves and butt. The bad sore was that my back also hurt. And this is not cause I am overweight just have had two back surgeries from running.

I have this program and I absolutely love it! My wedding is on October 12th so i'm giving myself until late August to lose some of my "lumps and bumps". The workouts are great so far (i'm still in phase 1), i'm not following the diet though because my fiance and I are on a really fixed budget and alot of the stuff on the diet plan is a little on the pricey side, we're just really watching what we eat and eat sensibly. Other than that i've lost about 8lbs in 3 weeks! I'm very realistic about this in the sense that i know i'm not going to have consistent weight loss and i'm probably going to slip up once in awhile but, i'm not going to let that get me down! the dvd's are only 30 mins long and she kicks your butt the whole time! Plus, you don't necessarily have to do the program for 90 days, take as long as you want mastering the discs and when you feel you're ready for more challenges go the next step up!
